I had the best experience with Everything Euro! My 2014 VW Touareg TDI needed some major repairs, and from start to finish the service was outstanding. My service advisor, Ayrin Otto, is THE GOAT. He patiently answered my countless questions by both text and phone, and he truly helped calm my anxiety about such a major repair. That level of communication and reassurance meant more than I can say. Tom was also fantastic, taking the time to answer my questions and making sure I felt informed throughout the process. Everyone at Everything Euro was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Thank you for getting "Black Betty" back on the road. Here's to another 200,000 miles!

I was greeted when I walked thr6the door and drop off was seamless. Service was as they quoted and price so much better the Mercedes. I will definitely continue to use them for my service.

After my VW warranty expired, I was looking for a solid alternative to the dealership and landed at Everything Euro. It's clear walking in their shop that they're a legit VW/Audi specialist. When an issue came up with their initial work, the owner listened, took responsibility, and the team made it right. When a related issue popped up later, he went above and beyond to take care of it and remove any doubts. I really appreciate the effort they made, and while not the closest shop to me, I'll continue to make the 90-minute drive to Everything Euro.

It was easy to book an appointment and the car was returned at the time it was promised. Pricing was upfront and very fair. If you drive a European car, you should expect to pay more for things than if you drive a Honda. Steak costs more than hamburger. I do most of my own maintenance, but they have my business for the things I can’t or don’t have the time to do. Thank you again!

I’m not sure where to start because my overall experience has been THAT GREAT. Dan in the service department has been unbelievably helpful. I had to call in a bunch of times recently and not once did he make me feel annoying.. trust me I was being annoying. I recently bought my first European car and Everything Euro will be the only place that I go! The staff is all knowledgeable and willing to share that with you to make sure your car is maintained properly. Some people may think “I can’t afford an import shop”, but with expertise like this… you can’t afford to trust “your friend Joe”. I go to Everything Euro because doing things right the first time means everything to me.
